We reserved the rights to change our prices at any time with or without notice. Please visit our web site from time to time to check our prices. The minimum order for first time trade customers is £250.00 mix or single items (exculsive of VAT & delivery). Return trade customers can order as belows:-
The Infinity Candles
The prices are sold per carton and each product will contain quantity of goods as follows:-
Size 1 : Gold Circular 4 units per carton
Size 1: Gold Rectangular 4 units per carton.
Size 1: Purple Rectangular 4 units per carton- will be discontinued..
The Infinity Candle Sizes 2, 3 and 4 are sold individually and packed in 2 separate packages:-
1 folder of 2 mirrors and 1 box of stand
The Kaleidospheres : made to order.
Small Kaleidosphere 12" __________8 units per carton
Medium Kaleidosphere 16"_________ 6 units per carton
Large Kaleidosphere 24" ___________ 4 units per carton
The Quantum Infinity and Bathroom mirrors are made to order, please email us if you have a specific for other sizes.
Delivery charge & Services : Delivery charge will be according to the total weight of the trade order. All trade orders for UK mainland & others will be delivered by UPS or CSM courier. Trade orders for overseas will be delivered by FedEx, CSM, our shipping agent or your preferred courier/shipper.
Delivery Time : For United Kingdom Customers, we aim to deliver the goods within 7 working days except orders with larger size 2,3 & 4 Infinity Candles, please allow 14 days as they are hand finished. Please bear in mind that weekends, bank holidays or during the exhibitions period and the time of placing order might effect your delivery time.
For international orders delivery will be subject to stock availability and agreement. Please email us if you have any questions regarding delivery.
Payment:
Payment by credit/debit card can be made by online purchase only. Sterling cheque and bank transfer can be accepted when order offline.
Refunds and exchange:
You have 14 days to return any products purchased from us with acceptable reasons. Please notify in writing should you wish to claim refund or exchange the goods. When refund is agreed then the refund will be issued within 7 days. Please includes a note with the goods or give us a call or email us to let us know whether you would like a refund or exchange the goods.
In case of refund we will not be able to refund the postage cost as it has already been paid to third party delivery service company.
Liability and indemnity:-
Customers agreed to use the product as per products instruction. Infinity Candle is contains metal stand and mirrors care must be taken. Lit candle must not be left unattended at all time. No responsibility will be accepted if products have been misued. Most our products are not suitable for children under 7 years old.
Force Majeure
Brilliant Adventures Ltd shall be released from its obligations in the event of national emergency, war, prohibitive governmental regulation or if any other cause beyond of the parties renders supply of the goods impossible.
Legal Construction
This terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales.
